{"id":2032,"date":"2012-03-08T09:47:05","date_gmt":"2012-03-08T15:47:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.everettmarshall.dev\/content\/?p=2032"},"modified":"2012-03-08T09:47:05","modified_gmt":"2012-03-08T15:47:05","slug":"solar-flares-on-a-plane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/everettmarshall.com\/content\/solar-flares-on-a-plane\/","title":{"rendered":"Solar Flares on a Plane"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m packing this morning to head to Detroit for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uptownfilmfestival.com\" target=\"_blank\">Uptown Film Festival<\/a>. \u00a0My debut film, <a href=\"http:\/\/DearChelsey.com\" target=\"_blank\">Dear Chelsey<\/a> has been nominated for Best Domestic\/International Documentary <!--more--><br \/>\n(showing Saturday at Birmingham 8 at 12:45) and I&#8217;m flying later today with my wife &#8211; it should be a fun weekend if we make it. (No&#8230;12:45 in the <strong>AFTERNOON<\/strong>. Dork.)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/everettmarshall.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/AmericanDad.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3751 alignright\" style=\"width: 269px; height: 239px;\" title=\"\" alt=\"AmericanDad\" src=\"\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/_d_improd_\/AmericanDad_f_improf_269x239.png\" width=\"269\" height=\"239\" data-mce-width=\"269\" data-mce-height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The problem is that the sun got a little gassy from some disruption in the universe or maybe some bad chili but a couple of days ago it spewed and now that spew is nearing earth. \u00a0The magnetic disruptions are expected to affect all kinds of things like phone communications as well as GPS navigation for aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>So here is my last request&#8230;if the plane goes down, I want my ashes sent to Seth MacFarlane. \u00a0Said ashes should also be featured in an upcoming episode of American Dad and used in a cross-promote on Family Guy.
