A retention rate of 43%\u00a0is the national average (2014) among 3,676\u00a0respondents &#8211; and that&#8217;s actually good news because\u00a0for the first time in over 10 years, the\u00a0data is showing\u00a0an improvement.<\/p>\n<p>If donor retention and attrition rates are something new to you, now is a good time to start paying attention to this essential\u00a0piece of data.
